As you have probably heard by now, the new catalog was released just a few short hours ago.In honor of that, I decided to post a card featuring some new products: In Colors, the Razzle Dazzle stamp set, & In Color Polka Dot Grosgrain ribbon.
This card follows this weeks sketch from Our Creative Corner (below). The colors used are Bermuda Bay, Dusty Durango, Rich Razzleberry, and Whisper White.
Here are some highlights and tips from this card:
- The stripe pattern on the left was created using the large stamp in the Razzle Dazzle set. TIP: I used a stamp-a-ma-jig to achieve perfect alignment.
- I used the backside of the Bermuda Bay polka-dot grosgrain for the base and attached a faux bow using the polka-dot side.
- A Whisper White Latte Button was used in the center of the box. TIP: a tiny sliver of Dusty Durango card stock was used as thread.
- The main image was stamped in Rich Razzleberry, and Dazzling Diamonds glitter was added using a two-way glue pen.
- The Scallop Edge Punch (on-sale now!) was used on the sides of the Dusty Durango matte.
- Yellow "Rain Dots" (Non-SU, from Cloud9 Designs) were added in the corners of the main image.

Great card!! Thanks for using the large stamp from the Razzle Dazzle set, I was unsure about it but now must add it to my 'must have' list!
There's so much to choose from in the new catalog, it's hard to narrow it down to one favorite thing! At the moment (8:20 a.m.)I'm really drawn to the Melon Mambo polka-dot ribbon. I'm going to have to resist the urge to put it on EVERYTHING!

Fantastic card. I was at a SU workshop last night and got my new catalog. I LOVE the new colors. The In-colors are my favorite but so are the new punches. My order was enough to count as a hostess. And my wish list is enough to be a hostess. I love this stuff. Your card is wonderful. I'll be back to see all your cards.

What a great card, I just love the new colors! I really love the new Razzleberry stuff.
I think my FAVE new catty items are the new in colors. It looks like they are going to be alot of fun with the new papers and matching stamp sets. I want to say that the new Melon color is my FAVE FAVE thing :0)
